gslcca is a package for Generalized Semi-linear Canonical Correlation Analysis. GSLCCA estimates the parameters of a given nonlinear model to maximize the correlation with a linear combination of multiple response variables. This method was developed to characterize EEG power spectra under different treatment regimens in research and development projects at Pfizer.
The authors are Foteini Strimenopoulou, Heather Turner, and Phil Brain.
The package is still in alpha phase and is only available on R-Forge. The development version can be downloaded from the gslcca R Packages page.
The gslcca/strong> software is made available free, under GPL version 2. It comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
